Smithers Airport has multiple air connections daily with Air Canada or Hawkair from Vancouver International Airport. Fly over the breath-taking scenery of the towering costal mountain ranges split by verdant valleys and jeweled lakes to reach our little mountain town.

It's easy to get there by road and we've got highway directions listed below.

We are located in the HEART of BC: on Canada’s ‘other’ Trans Canada Highway – the Yellowhead Trans Canada or “Highway 16”, 370 km/222 miles west of Prince George; and 350 km/218 miles from the Port of Prince Rupert on the Pacific Ocean. This makes Smithers easy to find if you’re coming from anywhere in BC, Alberta, or the U.S.  You can find road distances TO and FROM Smithers at Expedia's web site.
